Your packaging is our starting point 

Gadgets are all those additional items that the customer chooses to include, along with the products, within the secondary package. 

One example is the shrinkwrapper designed to pack small bottles of juice into multipacks. 

Each package contained five small bottles and a toy gadget, which had to alternate randomly. To create these multipacks, we divided the production into three lines, two for juice bottles and one for gadgets. Through the use of a robot pick & place, we placed a different toy inside each package, positioned correctly and without causing in-line stops.
