Zambelli has developed packaging machines capable of handling light plastic trays, designed to contain food, thanks to the support of robotic systems that avoid risky pushing and/or accumulations along the production line.

Trays are not sturdy packaging and, if handled incorrectly, they can risk opening and spilling the product.

Durable plastic tubs, such as those used for take-home ice cream, can differ in shape and size.

For this reason, Zambelli’s packaging machines for ice cream tubs are specifically designed to allow the customer to package the products according to their specific production needs.

Thanks to the help of robotics, Zambelli is also able to handle packaging of the most diverse shapes, without risking damage to the product and/or creating production line slowdowns.
