Display Boxes / Retail-Ready Packaging. These are types of secondary packaging used as displays in stores.

Display box packs are designed thanks to the use of Zambelli wrap-around case packers. It is therefore possible to design and create display boxes consisting of trays + lids or created starting from a single carton die with customized perforated cut-outs.

Cardboard is exploited to its fullest potential, limiting waste and creating flawless displays.

The operator can manually detach the upper part of the packaging without the risk of damaging either the packaging itself or the products inside.

The system with a single pre-cut carton die can be used on all Zambelli case packers, as it does not affect the packaging process carried out by the machine.
